"Had 2 bathroom countertops and 1 regular tub re-surfaced. They came out very nice - we are pleased. Our garden tub is a different story. It needed a second coating because a shadow of a ring appeared to show through the first coat. Mr. Dix came and sprayed a second coating but it never cured! The top is sticky and has been this way since November. I have made appointments which were not honored, texted, emailed, called. Nothing. I went with this company because I believe in supporting small businesses. Next time, I'll go for a big name company which has a sizable crew and management team to take care of issues. Sadly, I can not recommend this company."
