Our goal is to complete your project in a timely and professional manner that will encourage you to recommend us to others ! We provide a clear written estimate beforehand. We'll take daily photos of our work and upload them to an online tool you have access to, making a record of our work. Our focus is using our own full time company employees, not subcontracting your project out to others, as so many do. We are a veteran owned and operated company (16 years military service). We have a Tennessee BC-A general contractor license, the top tier in the state (and only level requiring passing multiple state exams.) Always verify your contractor has a valid state license at http://verify.tn.gov/\n

"Trying to do a large Renovation of a mountain house in Waynesville when we live in Florida isn't a easy task unless you have the right people helping - From the first call and through the first project and on to the second and third, Tomas was very easy to work with and reliable - Came when he said he would - called when he had questions - shared pictures along the way - made helpful suggestions - and all affordable even for the "mountain prices" ! When I thought I needed gutters cleaned - he looked - sent a pic and when I said lets do it - it was done that day. My wife is looking for the next project she can hire him for - Would highly recommend"

"Paul and Brandon (father and son) from Dynamic Stucco worked on my ceiling which had humidity damage from the just installed jacuzzi. The tape in the ceiling, including nails that had been used were coming apart and the ceiling was threatening to fall down. Paul, assessed the situation and said he could do the job and I wouldn’t be able to tell where the work had been done. He also used screws to ensure the drywall was securely fastened so further damage would not be possible. Also, he mentioned my the area would be cleaned to spotless condition. He was right on all accounts. I highly recommend Paul and his son to fix anything “drywall”"

FAQs for addition to existing structure building service projects in Johnson City, TN

You can typically raise your roof by four to eight feet, depending on your home's structure and roof design. The exact amount depends on factors like roof slope and framing support. Raising the roof creates additional interior space, enhances natural light, and increases your home's value. Consult a professional to determine the feasible height increase for your home.

Yes, you need a building permit to raise your roof. Obtaining a building permit ensures your project complies with local building codes and safety regulations. A professional contractor can assist with the permit and inspection process and ensure all legal and safety requirements are met. Your contractor will be familiar with building codes in your area, which can differ between cities or states.

While it's possible to raise a flat roof, it requires extensive structural modifications. Flat roofs lack the attic space and support structures of pitched roofs, so raising them involves significant engineering to ensure safety and durability. This process can be complex and costly, so professional assessment is essential before undertaking a project of this magnitude.
