We were starting all over again and he was able to build custom railings and provide a very high quality of service and professionalism. We also used him at our sons house. He installed LVP flooring, removed old trim and replaced with custom trim. He even built extra deep window sills for plants! He also built a beautiful shiplap bar front. All at a great price. "Randy Carroll and his great team remodeled two bathrooms, installed a new laundry room floor, tore down my existing screened-in porch, rebuilt an enlarged screened-in porch and added a deck. The jobs were completed in early May and I still walk into my bathrooms and onto my porch and smile!! They did an amazing job, listened to my many "wants", provided me with options to save money and always consulted/advised us on what was being done. Randy took the time on several occasions during the renovations to make sure we were happy with the progression and the work. I could not have been happier with Randy and his entire team. "The crew arrived as scheduled and began work. They paid particular attention to prepping walls and trim by filling all holes from 20 years of accumulated wear and tear. We recently purchased a 2nd home on Lake James with an exterior that is 100% cedar.  The exterior was in serious need of cleaning and re-staining.  It had not been maintained; and, had a significant amount of mold staining and several areas of the trim had the original finish peeling off.

We contracted with Mike and Crystal to prep and re-stain the exterior of our home.  Throughout the process, Mike demonstrated thoroughness, competency and responsibility.  Mike and Crystal took personal responsibility to ensure they delivered a quality product.  Mike kept his commitments and did not compromise his work product even when faced with the stripping process taking more time than he expected.  He completed the project per the schedule he committed.

Mike demonstrated a high attention to detail in the finishing process and ensured the project was completed to my satisfaction.  The home looks beautiful...we could not be happier.

I solicited bids from several paint contractors and evaluated several before selecting Mike.  His pricing was very competitive versus several other contractors; but, I never observed where Mike cut corners.

I would definitely recommend MIke's Painting and will plan to use Mike again when we have painting needs.

He enlarged a small deck and transformed it into an amazing sun room that allows us 4 season use of the area, just outstanding. He never cuts corners and is professional down to the smallest details. David then came back to install gutter guards to our existing gutters and cleaning out the thoroughly clogged gutters. He then installed a large awning on our basement French doors, which involved some modifications in the existing lighting and waterproofing all around it.
