This required significant modifications to our family room, kitchen, and dining room. The suspended ceiling panels were falling, lighting throughout was poor, and storage was a problem. In addition, floors were unlevel. To avoid going up and down the basement stairs to do laundry, we wanted to have a stackable washer/dryer installed in the dining room.
