While I had to chase the other bids and call them over and over, Todd actually contacted ME twice to make sure he got me a quote. He was fast, polite and courteous, and even fixed a broken cabinet in my kitchen for free while giving me a quote. That really sold it to me. :) Todd was excellent. He answered all of my questions, communicated quickly and clearly on scheduling. He also suggested that I try a new faucet to fix some water pressure issues with my kitchen sink, and boy was he right. It was like night and day! The install took only half a day, and it looks awesome. Everything went super quickly and smoothly, I almost can't believe how easily it all went. I would hire Todd again in an instant. "Pipepals plumbing was 10 stars! Choice was 4 stars. They were timely in assigning the job but I had to keep an eye in the website as notifications did not get pushed via email as expected. They also wouldn't cover all the work recommended by the plumber. Essentially I had a broken pvc in an outside faucet and they wanted him to reuse the faucet instead of replacing it. So I would have had a 1/2 in pipe with 2 connectors...to an old faucet just to save $30. I paid out of pocket so it's right but really? Again plumber was AWESOME. Showed early and returned next day to confirm leak was fixed and patched the holes."
