"I have used them for fall and spring clean up. they do a nice job. We decided to mow our own grass this year and discontinued that service HOWEVER I gave them dates to mow when we were out of town and they said they would mow -- I sent them a reminder by email, text and voice mail before we left. When we arrived home our lawn was not mowed and very tall. I was very disappointed and I thought they considered me a good customer. I have left them messages, texted them and sent email and they have NEVER responded. I always paid their bill in a timely manner and even recommended them to a few people. I really don't understand why they didn't call and let me know they were going to be unable to mow lawn when we were out of town."

"First of all I want to say that giving someone an "F" rating just because they did not get back to you from a phone call is a bit harsh. I got to know Skip very well during the install of my fence and he's an honest hard working guy who cares very much about his clients. I think the issue is that he's handling multiple roles as his business grows. He's the receptionist, accountant, quote provider, installer and leader of his guys. I can see how he would miss a call here or there. Regarding the fence he installed: I received proposals from several companies, Skip had the best price with good reviews to match. He was scheduled out about 4 weeks but I was willing to wait. The best way to communicate with Skip was via text. He always got back to me and I didn't expect him to always drop everything he was doing and instantly respond. Skip and his team completed the fence on the week he scheduled and the fence turned out beautiful. They installed a 6' cap and trim western red cedar privacy that my wife and I customized. He was very open to the options and requests we wanted and had great ideas of his own. He had two other guys with him and they were all very professional and worked hard. You could tell right away how much they cared about the quality of the work when they spent hours measuring and aligning to make sure the fence following the contour of the yard. The quality of the fence is outstanding and every detail was completed with precision. Skip also installed two custom built gates for us and put on the post caps we picked out. When they were done they cleaned everything up. I would recommend Skip and Elite Fence and hire them again in a heartbeat."

"They destroyed the old one that we attempted to put up. They hauled away the pile of rubble that was “supposed” to be a waterfall. They were on time, they were beyond courteous and helpful and quick. They did it in two days; they had it up in time for Mother’s day. The gates were kept closed; there were no cigarette butts on the ground. They let us know what they were doing. Jake talked to us several times before he got started so we knew what he was doing. I could not be more pleased with all of the services Micah and his crew have done for me.  They are as regular as clock work for the weekly grass cutting and always leave my lawn looking great. Annually they mulch the front and back flower beds and do a very comprehensive spring and fall clean-up.  I needed to have a privacy fence replaced and they quickly got me on the schedule, removed the old fence and erected a new 6' fence. 

This summer I needed to have a massive tree removed from my front yard.  Due to the size of the tree and difficulty getting machinery in for the removal my lawn took a beating in the process.  To insure my property looked great when the job was complete they replaced the front lawn with sod.

Most recently they have been removing snow from my driveway and walks and also salting the area.  They do a terrific job.  I have it set-up that snow is removed if there are a certain number of inches and salt if necessary or a small amount of snow. In addition we have set a time by which the snow should be removed so I am always able to get out and get to work. My driveway is very long and their snow removal service is invaluable to me. 

All services I use Dean's Landscaping for are reasonably priced.  I have obtained quotes from others for the same services and Dean's Landscaping always provides a competitive price with a comprehensive description of exactly what work is to be completed.
