He was always in contact with me as well as advocating for me when I had a water problem in my basement with the company who initially made the repair. Because of the water problem I experienced in the summer, I decided to have the entire room renovated - new floors, walls, ceiling, doors, etc. Nate and his crew were professional and efficient. "They did our basement right before Christmas. They did a fantastic job. They even helped me remove an old well pump that was in the way of their work. They were very professional and punctual. In the picture that shows the Pipe coming down the wall Water use to seep up through the floor there and over in the corner where the sump pump pit is in the corner it would actually run down the wall that is no longer happening. As you can see in the one picture the amount of water that was coming in as they were working was not a good thing as it had not rained in about a week."

"Brian came over after we had talked with several contractors about a concrete porch underside (in basement room) and one of those contractors made us think the concrete was in such a bad state of "imminent failure" that it needs a full replacement.So, while we continued to get quotes for a full replacement, we also asked a retired architect friend to give his opinion. He did not think concrete was so bad and he was glad we were having a structural engineer (Brian) coming over a few days later. Brian explained why he did not think the concrete was in need of full replacement (very expensive!) and also the damage was not a foundation/structure integrity issue (not "imminent failure"). We had spoken to several contractors and the cost to fully replace is upwards of 15-20 thousand dollars. From the state of the concrete, Brian did not believe the "symptoms" warranted a full replacement and that the more likely issue was simply that we never "sealed" the concrete with epoxy (and only painted the concrete porch). Given the sky-rocketing costs to do any home repairs, it seems more reasonable for us to do first level repair (not replace) that Brian suggests. Brian's honest and informative consultation (for free!!!) is piece of mind and a HUGE savings. We greatly appreciate Brian coming over to educate us - on his own dime. We will definitely ask Brian to come over again if/when we think we need an honest assessment of our home foundation needs."

"Excellent job! John enclosed the roof of my front porch with soffit, installed new fascia, gutters, down spouting and new porch lighting. The job required scaffolding, modifying the framing and fabricating much of the fascia as the areas to be covered were odd sizes. The entire job, including setting up, removal, and disposal of materials took three days. John is my go-to guy for just about anything!"

"Excellent..very professional. The workers showed up on time every day and worked all day and cleaned up every day. The quality of the work is exceptional and they made sure that they checked all the plumbing/pipes before proceeding with full remodel. Brian, one of the workers found a problem that needed fixed and we addressed this issue as to not have a finished new bathroom and then have to come back and tear it up to fix a pipe. We welcomed their help in designing the bathroom from tile, fixtures etc.. They got everything done ahead of time and we are quite pleased happy with their work. Our home is older and now we have an up-to-date and quot;spa-likeand quot; bathroom that we enjoy everyday.
