We were given good choices and suggestions in terms of windows, railings, flooring, bathroom fixtures and all other materials used. They were very responsive if we had questions and were flexible if we wanted to make changes while construction was going on. Our home is an older brick Spanish revival home and the owner of ABC went out of his way to find architectural materials for the addition that matched the style of our home. The crew was courteous, conscientious, pleasant, professional and very easy to have in our home. They were very neat and cleaned up every day before going home. We highly recommend Above and Beyond Construction and would use them again on any other projects in our home."

"The JK Complete Remodeling team is very talented. They helped me design the basement remodel (about 1000 sq feet) with a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen/bar, tv area, storage, coat closet and kids area including building it all out. They walked us through the different steps of the build out and made wonderful suggestions on what would look best or makes the most sense in layout, electrical switches/outlets, etc. Their carpentry, tiling and stone work is impressive as you can see from the pictures. They built the shelves and wine rack in the bar area, built the frame around the chalkboard paint in the kids area, built out a closet into our garage space. I would highly recommend this professional team."

"I can't say enough about these guys and wish I hadn't lost their contact information for a time. About 8 years ago, I had Sal and his guys do the finish work on my basement drywall that I hung. They also hung some drywall in the stairway going to the basement. Initially, they hung the soffit incorrectly but it was just a communication issue. I called Sal, he took a look and they came back and re-did it right away without hesitation. Their work has lasted this long without any problems. I started another remodeling project in my family room and needed a ceiling hung and finished, along with finishing some walls I had hung. Unfortunately, I had lost the contact information for Sal so I had to find another company. Long story short, this other company did an absolutely terrible job (Do not use NoticeTMA LLC for any drywall!). The family room adjoins the kitchen, and I had taken a wall down between them. I decided to carry the remodel over into the kitchen, and when it was time to hang the ceiling in the kitchen, I had found the old invoice from High Quality Painting and decided to see if they were still around. I am glad I did. Sal's son's came out to give me an estimate on my kitchen ceiling and also to repair the bad work in my family room. I decided to remove the new ceiling in the family room and have them do the whole thing. Their price was very competitive and everything turned out great. The old job didn't last 4 days without cracking. Luis' job has been up for a month now and there are no issues (and I am a very picky customer). I would highly recommend them for drywall hanging, finishing and repair."
