They left the project in about the same condition that they found it at the start of their workday. They even worked around my dogs need to relieve themselves. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). They did the windows, but they never gave me an estimate to determine if I wanted it done. They did deliver the wrong window, but they were very good about ordering another window. They did work for me last year. I don't think the price was too much. They came late. I've used them twice now. I used them even though their responsiveness was not that great."

"We signed the contract to have a three season sunroom added to our house in April, then waited 3 months for the city to approve permits.  They started building the room in July, and it was finished in September,  There were only minor problems, and they fixed all of them at the end.  The only frustration I had was that I would have likaed more communication about when people were or weren't going to show up to work.  Overall, we are very happy with the room, and I would recommend this builder."
