"The one day with a drought for years we had a big rain storm on that day. Figured no way are they going to do this. But to my surprise at least 4 guys showed up and two trucks showed  and set waterproof cover up over where the a/c was  being installed and electrical box. Worked all day nonstop rain finally stopped in the afternoon. Resealed and replaced  some ducting  also. Even the owner drove out to inspect and that was impressive on its own. No leaks, very efficient and quiet for a 3 ton unit. They came out just this last tuesday for the 6 month check and guy was so professional and looked at everything even the bearings on the blower. Outside washed off the unit and found that ants were attempting to get into the relay so we added an ant bait in there. Looked for oil leaking from the bearings also. I interviewed a lot of A/C groups and most said they did new installs or retrofits but when  when they followed up they had either bailed all together or the price was terrible for what they offered. Was so glad this company was interested when we lived a ways away from them. You cannot go wrong with Paso Robles Heating & Air conditioning! "

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"<strong><br /> I had previously had another company cut roots from and scope the sewer line from the house to the main.<br /> I was not home at the time of the work.<br /> They reported that my line had severe breaks and needed to be replaced or relined. Cost would be over $10,000.<br /> Of course, I wanted a second opinion on the condition of the line and need for repair.<br /> Big Angelos came out - On Time and professional.<br /> I told him why he was there and he allowed me to watch as he scoped the line and I could see for myself.<br /> We watched as the camera clearly showed that the materials that the pipe was made from was not as described by the original plumber / con-man. Further, Big Angelo's showed me how the line was slightly damaged, but not anything that needed to be addressed for perhaps 10 years or more. Perhaps more importantly, the scope showed how the line was shared by my neighbor! If I had replaced or lined the pipe, I could have prevented my neighbor's sewage from draining.<br /> He let the job be what it was. Meaning he was called to scope and assess the drain. That is what he did and he did it well. Explained  and answered concerns and questions and didn't exaggerate or try to upsell me into anything else.<br /> I have since referred Big Angelo's to a property manager friend of mine and another home owner in Carmel. Both were very satisfied and keep Big Angelo's as their Go To Plumber.<br /> I appreciate that they handle their business fairly / professionally. "A pleasant experience from start to finish. The quoting process was a good two-way discussion, and cordial - no pushy salesman telling you how bad Company X or Y was. Just honest, factual, and straightforward. They quoted us a system with the panels, racking, and inverter which we wanted, not what they were pushing. The quote wasn't the best (hence the 'B' for price) but it did offer the best VALUE when we considered the equipment specification and the stability of the company - an important consideration when looking at a system with a 25 year life! The installation was scheduled by our coordinator, Sherry, and the team showed up when promised and got the job completed on time. Quality of workmanship was first rate and the entire installation was done with care, and tidied away before the team left. Permitting and PG&E inspection were all handled by Sherry, and that was also quick and flawless. Overall, the system they installed easily meets their projections in terms of performance, and it effectively pays for itself. We really couldn't be more pleased with NRG Clean Power and have recommended them to friends and neighbors. We'd recommend you give them your consideration if your looking for solar power."
