Brian came out to inspect our investment property and emailed us a very thorough breakdown of the cost. He and his crew did an awesome job. They painted every inch of our property, from the trim and cabinets to the wall and ceilings and all the exterior and it looks fantastic. Brian is very easy to work and communicate with. We had three other bids for the job and although they were all similarly priced Brian was willing to negotiate some different cost factors to work within our budget. It took a little over three weeks to finish all the work and that was with some of his crew getting sick and unable to work so we were really happy.
