Then he returned 3 days: one to install traps and secure home from outside eliminating all openings from outside, next to check traps, and third to check traps again, remove them and sanitize my attic. He was always friendly, on time, and discussed his actions that day and next steps. In July 2018, Breda crew came out on scheduled date and time, cleaned up and disinfected the bat and squirrel droppings, set traps and a bat net, and installed the metal flashing covering the construction gap around my entire roofline. Breda has come back out several times since to check traps, check the roof line, and check for any holes in ridge vents and soffit vents. I would highly recommend hiring Breda. Jason, Ryan, DJ, Taylor, Robert, Ralph, Jonathan, and the other crew members and office staff are easy to work with, answer all of your questions, and address all of your concerns. "Totally Legit!!! This is why we read reviews in hopes to find authentic quality customer service like this! I wish I can give more stars!!! After just relocating back to my home, I had another pest control company that claimed to be the "top" in the business that came out 2 weeks prior to treat my home for creepy crawlers (spiders and water bugs). I know they weren't out to treat termites but the tech should have noticed the wood frame around my master bathroom door looked like termite damage from the warped water looking damage across the top & side frame and the termite tracks along the frame, ugh!! This would have been the opportunity for this company to score additional business. Needless to say, I canceled the annual service I just started with this "top" pest control company. I discovered termite damage late Monday night May 6, and I started my research online immediately to find the best professionals. By Tuesday morning around 7:30 am I had a call from Bob the owner who came out to inspect that morning at 9:00 am. He thoroughly explained to me what my problem was after inspecting the inside and outside of my house. He told me his recommendation and the straight forward costs to treat and to have on going protection service which was completely affordable. Bob performed a preliminary treatment and the next day he brought a team out to treat the inside and outside of my property thoroughly. Will be recommending this company to all of my friends! "We have a warranty for a period of time. We got two other quotes that were significantly higher. We had two other instances. The people who owned the house before us apparently had a significant issue and they blew insulation in to cover it up so it was not discovered in the home inspection. When these issues started popping out, we had squirrels try to enter in other areas. I do not know enough about squirrels to know if it is bad that they had to come back out or if it is normal. They are responsive. They come back out and I have a two year guarantee and then after that, I have to annually repurchase the guarantee. I have the repairman’s cell number so I am not going through the company. I text Carl directly and he is usually out in three days. So, his responsiveness is great. The thing they could do differently is to have the squirrels not come back."
