"Very good. I once had a home warranty and they were one of the contractors with that home warranty company so, that's how I became familiar with them. They do very good work. My refrigerator's icemaker was repaired quickly and correctly; as of today (2/18/2013), no problems. However, my over-the-range microwave was on its last legs (it came with my house and my house is 13 years old), as the controller board needed to be replaced but the manufacturer of the microwave doesn't make the boards for it anymore. I had to get a replacement microwave. I would recommend them. <br />"
