They initially came to unclog a blockage ($99 charge) and attempted to unclog it for 2+ hours before they realized it might be a bigger issue. Because they did not solve the issue they did not charge me for that initial visit and came back with a camera to diagnose the issue, which was a collapsed sewer line. "After all said and done, the roof looks great and even after the hard rain that occurred this month, we didn't have any leaks or issues.   We had several nail heads showing after they were finished, but they were quick to resolve those issues.  They were polite and courteous, took time to answer my questions and were on-site during the critical parts of the job.
They estimated the job would be completed in one day, but they spent about 2 ½ days on it.  We did have an issue with my flashing, but I was disappointed that it wasn?t discovered during the initial inspection, in which I incurred a $900 over run.  They
were supposed to come back after the dumpster removal to do one more sweep for nails, but that didn't happen and I?m still finding nails in my yard.
