"Everything from the bidding process, through completion, was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Dimitri and every person who he brought into our home treated it as anyone would want their own to be treated. This was not a small project. They vaulted the ceiling in the living area, completely removing the roof on half the house, and did a full new roof. Matched the existing red oak hardwood flooring, and sanded/re-stained the entire upstairs. All the plumbing and electrical in the entire house was replace. New kitchen, 3.5 new bathrooms, finished basement, combined two bedrooms to make a master suite. New HVAC. New generator…. You name it, and it was done. When all was said and done, I think our two hall bedrooms were the one walls that weren’t torn down. We could not possibly recommend Dimitri and his company (his two sons work with him as well) any higher. They are honest, and hard working. Old school in all the best ways."

This company knows how to do customer service and makes your home more beautiful! Junior was our designer and eased us through the design process. This was our first major renovation and Junior explained each step and what to expect. Jason Ali, project manager, was constantly coordinating, checking and communicating as the work unfolded. And to our delight, Pedro, crew leader, Ricardo, and Jose turned out to be our dream construction team. They were sensitive, polite, and skilled as they worked so hard each day. They kept things as neat as they could and without fail, cleaned up well each day. The project yielded some small problems and challenges but each was identified and solved. "The owner of 4 Seasons Construction (Gus) was extremely talented at his work and effectively communicated with us and the relevant subcontractors. He showed an attention to detail that lead to high quality results and final finishing and he was also very helpful in providing advice on design choices. After the end of the project, he went above and beyond to correct my mistake in the closet design we gave him. He is someone we highly recommend to others and someone we plan to use again in the future."

"This will be an honest review. Upon making a deposit for the project in May, it took a month the deliver materials to the day. The project took 2 and a half days to complete. My deck was off the second floor and had the rains cape/under deck material. It is about 180 sqft. There were three guys building my project. A month after completion, it rained and the problems began. The soffit finish on the underside filled with water and from the weight of the water burst open. I contacted Wayne right away. His response was that I would have to wait until my neighbor had his deck built for the guys to come out and fix it! Amazing how someone who has already paid is just shrugged off for 3-4 weeks. The guys return and trample through my yard to build my neighbors deck and reluctantly admit they need to address my project.. AFTER they re done with my neighbors project. I even let them stage material under my deck for my neighbor. They administered a quick fix and just caulked the underside. I highly doubt this with last very long and hope the guys are prepared to come out annually to fix the issue. I don t recommend hiring this contractor unless you re just getting a deck without the under material. Deposit was made mid May and they were at my house doing repairs in August. Overall I have a deck, which is what I wanted but the quality of work was not great and the customer service was subpar. There s never enough time to do it right but there is always time to do it again Thank you for reading my review!;"
