"I paid $160 for a garage door tune-up and was disappointed with the service. Unlike other companies that perform a more thorough multi-point inspection, this visit felt very limited. A trainee came with another technician, and the work mainly appeared to be spraying lubricant on the door joints and tracks. The entire tune-up took less than 15 minutes. For the price, I expected a more complete inspection and more value. Based on my experience, this service did not meet expectations."

"The guy arrived on time ready to do the job. He was very efficient went over with me. The problems that I was having with my door and step-by-step. Show me what he needed to do to fix the power he replaced the parts that needed to be replaced and all of this did not take no more than an hour and a half.
