"The pricing was straight-forward over the phone. No games. I had called several plumbing companies, and they were not able to come out until a week later. Really? One company gave me an estimate for $165 to unclog the bathroom shower with no guarantees that the shower was going to drain, and I still had to pay for the service. Really? My problem is always with the main line, and it was very clogged due to the branches. I knew my shower needed draining also since there are no filters. Another company was going to charge me a trip charge (which I understand), but as long as the trip charge was going to be applied or waived with the services done. The company refused since they still need to make a profit (totally understand), but I made it clear that I did not want to pay more than what I needed to, I will pay a fair price and I will not undermine any professional's work. I don't appreciate when people do the same with me. So, Drain Dr. was fair and very professional. The technician was very thorough in explaining, and with the job also. The technician asked for my consent before any additional work was done along with the prices. The technician also provided a few tips on home maintenance. I have referred Drain Dr. already."
