"Cliff responded promptly and was able to evaluate the situation same day. I tried 2 other specialty leak detection companies and they were backed up 2-3 weeks. He located the approximate location of the leak, but could not pinpoint the source due to the location being by a beam. He went over possible scenarios and options to address each. We chose to tunnel under the foundation to cause less inside damage and he had a crew out first thing the next morning. I got home around 2PM and he had already found/fixed the leak and they had started replacing the dirt! They also took great care in replacing the dirt and causing as little damage as possible to the plants in the flower bed. Cliff had opportunities to inflate the price, but did not and I appreciate his honesty. He even repaired a wobbly toilet for us at no charge!
