"It was vinyl planking, it looks just like wood. It is oil-resistant, wear-resistant, it has almost like a lifetime guarantee on it. After walking around and looking at it, I saw a few things that they could have fixed, but they had already gone and we were just glad to have our house back. They used quarter round instead of the original three-quarter round. If they had used the three-quarter round then you wouldn't have been able to walk around and see little spots that they might have cut the piece a little shorter than what it needed to be. I'm nit picking now because I see it, whereas other people walk in, they probably wouldn't see it, but I know it's there. My wife is happy, so I'm happy. There were a few things that they could have done better, but overall, they did an excellent job. All the guys were very professional. They even helped me move a few things when they didn't have to. The owner of the place came out and did the measurements and everything."

"An accident in the attic resulted in a hole being punched through the drywall in our ceiling.  When I contacted the provider, he came out in less than 24 hours to survey the damage and give me an estimate.  He was prompt, professional, and reasonable.  We scheduled with him to complete the work a week later.  The day that he was supposed to arrive, he contacted me to say that he had injured his back and wasn't able to complete the work that day.  However, he was exceedingly apologetic and offered me a discount for the inconvenience.  We rescheduled for three days later and he showed up and completed the work.  His work was great and he kept things very clean.  Highly recommend and will use again.
