We purchased an AC unit 4 years ago with what was explained as a ?no hassle? 10-year parts, labor, compressor, indoor and outdoor coil warranty. Elite?s website even says: ?Upfront pricing: No hidden fees and no surprises.? The unit now has a sensor malfunction and coil leak due to manufacturer defect. The ?supervisor? told me to go through the manufacturer.
