"You cannot find a better, more honest, professional -EXCELLENT- flooring expert than in Luiz and his crew! Luiz went way above and beyond to make sure our horribly dog-damaged floors turned out to be perfect! He miraculously repaired damages that we thought could never be fixed! He carefully explained and offered brilliant suggests and solutions all along the way - took so much pressure off of us! Words simply cannot do justice to the most excellent work provided by Luiz! The icing on the cake is Paradise Luxury Flooring charged a FRACTION of the cost quoted by every other flooring company- for the best work imaginable!! "Scott re did my oak wood floors throughout the entire home in Jan feb 2020. at the end of the day,we had to rush it a w the covid alarms going out. but over all they did a great job! my feeling was good people too. But of course I could not call them back during the pandemic for some minor things i noticed within the year. then After everything passed, I got well from covid myself and remembered to call him back. around the start of 2022 i think. I started trying to contact Scott. now its 2025 and i have not heard back with any of my calls. No answer and never a return call... Does anyone know if he is still in business? Or is he OK? I ask because i dont feel like it is in hi professional nature to do such a big job and blow me off. also i see here that there are no reviews since 2019. I really need a repair and maintanance work done on the floors. Thank you I only give 3 stars because they never followed up with me. where as the original intall i would have given 5 stars. "
