"John responded quickly to my request for a roofer. Our house had storm damage due to a tree falling on the roof, resulting in a major leak and significant water damage inside our upstairs porch. John sent a team to inspect the roof by the afternoon of my request, on a Saturday. Rather than using a drone to "take a look" they went onto the roof to get a good look at the damage. Because more rain was coming in the next couple of days, John considered this an urgent problem, so his crew come out on a Sunday to get the roof repaired! I was pleasantly surprised about that, as it did rain a bit early Sunday before they arrived and more water was coming in. They did a roof overlay on a flat roof. He provided an extended warranty and the cost was roughly on par with other estimates. There has been no leak since the roof was placed. I was happy to hear from the insurance agents who went onto the roof to assess the damage - they felt the job on the roof was "well done"."
