"Teresa with Cully Enviro was able to get out to our house pretty quickly which was great because we were worried about black mold. She was professional, friendly and very knowledgable. Teresa took mold and air samples and visually inspected all other registers and kitchen/bath plumbing. She was pretty certain right away that our mold was NOT of the black mold type and the lab results (which came back 2 days later) confirmed that. Teresa discussed the lab results and answered more questions over the phone. While she was still at the house, she took readings on the indoor air that showed humidity at the uppermost limit of normal so she recommended that we have our A/C system checked out. We did that with the result being that coolant level was low (we had noticed that house wasn't cooling that well but attributed it to 100 degree weather). Also we have never had air ducts cleaned (house is 16+ years old) so Teresa recommended that as well. For all the new information that we learned, as well as peace of mind, we felt that the service was worth it."

"My review of RestoPros will address the two different parts of the company as we have had extensive experience with both the remediation and the remodeling sides of the company. At the onset, I will express that both experiences, while not perfect, were fantastic. Also, let me explain that I do not trust anyone, am not easily pleased, nor am I easy to work with. Everyone at RestoPros will tell you the same. We had to have our house totally remediated. Our entire 3000 square foot home had to undergo mold remediation and remodeling. We wanted to hire a local company, read reviews and tried RestoPros. Mike Parkey came out and explained the process. I liked Mike immediately. I trusted him and that isn’t an easy task. RestoPros crew came out and the mold remediation process started. It was a long, long process. We were out of our house for over a month. There were some minor issues with damage that the mold remediation crew made to our house, but RestoPros took care of it. Not only did the repair the damages, but they addressed the employee for trying to hide the damages. There were times when I doubted the quality of the job the crew was doing. Mike was always transparent. He always addressed me with respect and validated my concerns. That meant a lot to me and was the first clue that I was working with a GOOD company. Mike ALWAYS took our calls…ALWAYS. Even if he knew I was upset. I realize I’m using absolutes (always), but that is our experience. I could rely on Mike. In the end, Mike Parkey is the reason why we decided to continue using RestoPros for our remodel. After the remediation, our house was still in shambles. We needed to put walls back together, replace toilets, replace tile, and replace all hardwood floors. We met with Cody. At first, I wasn’t sure about Cody. (Remember, I don’t trust anyone). But, I knew RestoPros hired good people so I let Cody ride on Mike’s good graces. Cody has been working with us for over a year. And in that time, I’ve grown to admire, appreciate, and trust Cody. Throughout our nightmare, and it has been a nightmare from start to finish, Cody has been by our side. He’s very responsive to text and phone calls. I’ve had a few challenges with the crews, but the remodel (sheet rock, paint) guys were FANTASTIC. Cody was our biggest ally in this process. Where RestoPros shines is in accountability. The flooring contractor they hired was terrible. Not only is he a thief, he is a terrible person. He took our money for flooring and we never saw floors. RestoPros solution was to go out and purchase the entire flooring, and deal with the contractor in court. RestoPros took a HUGE loss to make it right for us, the customer. After that, I can wholeheartedly say that RestoPros is a company I trust and would recommend. Overall, no one is perfect. Mistakes are forgiveable, but lack of responsibility is NOT. Throughout our entire ordeal RestoPros (Cody and Mike) always did the right thing. It wasn’t easy for anyone involved, but in the end I trust RestoPros. "A plumber told my renters there was black mold in the ceiling of my rent house and caused extreme panic.  I found Mold Inspection Sciences on Angie's List and they came to the home the next day to perform tests on the alleged black mold and air.  They ran extensive professional tests on samples in the attic as well as tests of the air quality in the bedroom, living room, and outside entrance.  Upon completing the test results, they sent an extensive written report to verify there was not any black mold in the samples taken.  They also answered all my questions regarding the report and were very professional. <br /> I was extremely pleased with their services."
