"Job went very well, despite encountering unexpected materials in the ceiling. We presumed it was drywall so Ryan made sure the surface was good and did not have water damage, sanded it smooth, applied mud and scheduled to come back and finish the job. It turned out that some of the mud didn't stick because the ceiling was actually plaster, cement and drywall. This required Ryan to go into the attic and make sure the leak had been fixed and wasn't just going some place else (it was fixed). He then removed the affected section, replaced it and applied the mud and sanded it. He then came back to apply the finishing sanding and touch up. In all, he made at least 5 or 6 trips to the house and was professional, personable, friendly and concerned that the job be done right every time. For these reasons, I've asked him about working on other projects I'd like to have done - when he has time. I highly recommend him."
