The last time they came there were dirty streaks all over the carpet (like they missed spots) that were not visable until the carpet dried. I called and they promptly sent someone back to take care of it. Because it was the first time it happened I really did think it was a big deal. The first day he sanded the floor and put one coat of finish on it. The second day he lightly sanded the first coat and put the second coat of finish on. He worked very efficiently and left the house clean and neat. He also provided instructions on how to treat the floor until it was completely dried. "

They had to leave before they could finish a closet in one of the bedrooms so Derek said he would come back and complete the work.. Derek is a man of his word and did come back and finish the closet and clean up the waste and take it outside by my trash barrel.
