The Technician, Alfredo called me and politely asked if I would want him to come by earlier than scheduled, we wholeheartedly agreed. He came by and did a great job diagnosing the problem, gave me the reasonable estimate, had the parts on hand, and repaired the machine quickly and thoroughly. He stayed while we ran a load of laundry to see if the problem was rectified, which it was. He offered advice for us going forward on the utilization of our machine. He did a great job, and we plan on calling their company again should we run into any appliance issues/problems."

"John from ABC Handyman stays until something is fixed. He never gives up and he is extremely neat. I recently had a PureWash non soap sterilizer installed to my bosch washer machine. John installed a new electric hook up. He installed stainless steel hoses and my PureWash works beautifully. The clothes are clean, clean smelling and the water bubbles or oxygenates. ABC handyman is great for all services. <br />"

"This company was recommended by Bosch and Angie's list. It is a family business so it takes awhile to get an appointment but that is the norm in Hawaii. The dishwasher cycles were four times as long as they should be. Bosch said it was probably either the water heater or control panel. Alan determined it was the control panel and a new one would have to be ordered from the mainland. <br /> Bosch charges $114 for this part and Alan charged us $127 which was reasonable since it included shipping. He said it would be here within 10 days. On day 11 we called to find out the part was here but no time has been scheduled for him to do the work. We do not understand why the installment was not automatically scheduled. Alan's wife gave us the first appointment available but we were disappointed we had to wait even longer. The whole process took just under one month which is too long to be without an appliance you use every day. Alan's problem solving abilities and work were excellent. <br />"
