When the Virus caused material supply issues, they gave us the choice of waiting for the material we asked for or getting an upgrade to an in stock, higher priced material – for the same price! When the Virus caused one of their work crews to quarantine, they sent a one-man team to build our fence. He single-handedly, over four days, built our fence in 90 degree temps, and did a great job! "I received a few quotes from fencing companies. My husband and I decided to hire Flores Fencing. The quotes I received from the different fencing companies were pretty similar as far as cost but we decided to go with Flores Fencing because they were the only company that seem enthusiastic about getting our business. The other companies, which have been in business a lot longer than Flores Fencing, never even bothered with any form of follow up communication after they gave me the quote. Emanuel however, was great at communicating with me throughout the process and Wilfredo was great at addressing my questions or concerns about my project. The workers were efficient and after completing the installation of my fence and gate, they made sure they left my yard pristine. Wilfredo, who is one of the salesperson, came over to help the workers to make sure the work was completed in one day. He even took it upon himself to fix a gate that was not part of our project which he noticed needed a simple repair. The fence and gate they installed looks absolutely wonderful. I am so pleased! "The installation was fine and everything went very well.  The only problem was that the company had run out of cedar caps for the posts and I was told that they were backordered.  After a few months I contacted the provider again and was told that they were being held up by Customs.  I finally received a call in late February that the Provider had finally received the cedar caps and that they would install them within the week which they did and they look very nice. in all, it took about 6 months to complete the fence with the cedar caps.  I am pleased with the workmanship, the fence is very solid and built to my specifications. I had recommended them to my next door neighbor who had their fence built to the exact same specs.

"8-8-18 I am a senior citizen and had a section of wood fencing that detached itself from the posts it was connected to. Because of rotator cuff problems with my shoulder, I am unable to raise the section up to re-attach it to the posts. I went on Homeadvisor.com to get some estimates for the job. The fencing companies I contacted were all nice and told me it would not be worth it for me to hire them to nail a section of fence back as they have minimum charges which would be comparatively high just to nail a single section of fence back to the posts. When I called Northwest Fence, I prefaced my conversation with “This job might be too small for you” and then explained my job to them. To my surprise, Robert said he would come by my home in 30 minutes and re-attach the section of fence for me. Not only did he re-attach the fallen section to my posts, he only charged me $25. I was astonished at this low cost for the job as I know he would have to pay Homeadvisor.com for giving him my name as a lead. Robert did a great job and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a fence repaired or installed. I thanked him for his willingness take such a small job and he said he took the job because I needed the assistance. The world needs more people like him."

Due to this there was a little confusion on a couple things, but after contacting Jeff his crew came out and fixed my concerns within a couple days of our phone conversation. I am pleased with the final product and as long as Aspen sticks to their word on the guarantee of their work I will continue to be a happy customer. I would recommend Aspen to anyone, but I would just say to make sure both parties are clear on what needs to be accomplished to avoid any issues.

"I had TNT Builders out to provide an estimate for my deck about a month ago (or so). They were prompt to the appointment and professional. I was provided me with estimates for a couple different scenarios in a somewhat reasonable timeframe. The reason I decided not to use TNT Builders is mainly due to lack of timely responses (and is also the reason for the "B" for professionalism). After a couple initial communications, I started to have a lot of trouble getting a response, constantly having to call and email a couple times before hearing from them. TNT certainly had the most reasonable estimate out of the 3 I obtained, and I was really hoping to use them. I am very particular about responsiveness, and TNT fell very short of the mark, even before I approved any work. My expectations for a response is within 24 hours, at the latest 48 hours, unless there is a solid reason. I saw many other reviews where TNT either never responded to potential customers or it was very delayed, so apparently it's not just isolated to me. It's a shame I cannot use them since customers seemed satisfied with their work, but the responsiveness issue is simply too frustrating for me personally. I hope they will use this review to their advantage and try to be more responsive with future customers."
