"The project went beautifully. There were several areas around the tub and where the tub meets the floor that needed to be re-caulked; Cody (Cody Tanner, owner of Downright Tile) noted wherever new caulk was necessary within the shower/tub area and took care of it all. The amazing difference is in the floor. White tile with white grout can become discolored and hard to clean after a decade. Now it looks as good as when first installed, plus he offered care tips to maintain it. He also very graciously looked at a couple of loose kitchen backsplash tiles and provided advice on those. He's meticulous, professional and probably something of a perfectionist—color matching was of critical importance to him. Our minor restoration project was clearly unworthy of his talents. His charge was exactly as estimated ($300 plus materials). Imagine what a wonderful job he'd do on a start-from-scratch tile installation! If I had another tile project, Downright Tile is the only supplier I'd call."

"We have a 2 story fireplace wall with windows that we wanted to enhance with stone.  The guys at JMS tile answered the phone and came right over, ( a big reason why they got the job, and their ratings on Angie's list ) and showed us their previous work and gave us a fair bid.  We went to the tile shop and selected our materials (travertine split-face marble) and set up the work appointment. The guys showed up when scheduled, always did what they promised, and were very clean in the process.  It took 5 days but the results were stunning. The thing that impressed me most was how efficient they were with their cuts and materials, which left us with little waste and several hundred dollars worth of tile that I could return to the Tile shop for a refund!   <br /> <br /> I can't be happier with the outcome and would not hesitate to hire JMS again in the future."

"My experience was very inconsistent.  Initially the woman helping me was on the ball and I was exceptionally pleased as she helped arrange things to meet a tight deadline which I could not move.  That, in fact, was part of the reason I chose Weber - becuase they promised they could execute everything I needed by the date I needed it.  However, as time went on I was told that perhaps they would not meet the date.  That went on for several days until finally, they were able to meet the date.  At time of installation, 1 of the ceramic tiles was cut incorrectly and had my father not pointed it out to the installer, the installer would have set it.  Additionally, the tile installer was an hour early each time.  When it came to the carpet installation, one of the pieces had to be re-cut onsite which resulted in me having 2 visible seams right as I walk in the door.  There are also places where the finish installation of the carpet is not good - it looks like a bad do-it-yourself job.  Finally, there are a couple of places where there are runs/snags in the carpet.  Now, if a visitor comes over, (s)he probably will not notice the things I've mentioned, but they're noticeable and frustrating to me...  especially considering I spent $5000. "

"Robert and his team were excellent.  Robert reviewed 'the process' and immediately put all of the 'tasks/steps' on the calendar for a timely installation.  The designer/customer-service/showroom team were also excellent --  excellent 'the attention to detail'.   <br>Robert also scheduled his plumbing (Jim Lane) and tiling partners (Stellar Floors) who also did an excellent job.  We will definitely use them again for our granite needs, and highly recommend them!! "
