"Adrian was very prompt returning my initial call. He provided me a very reasonable bid to do the work, which could have included hanging new wallpaper had I decided to have that done. He removed wallpaper and prepped the drywall so the new paint had a very nice surface to cover. It took several coats of paint and the bathroom looks beautiful. We told him there was no need to lay painters tarp down on the old carpet to be thrown away and he insisted that they would go ahead and use the tarps and paint as though the old carpet was new carpet.
