I know that USDA is hard to work with because it's a government program and you have to go to them to know how to get the money for projects. It's not easy to work with them. The USDA has a grant to help the elderly maintain their homes to stay out of the nursing homes. The grant is not enough to actually do the work that needs to be done to sustain us but what it actually does is to try to force a company to do more than they would on a regular paying customer.
