"Schedules were coordinated carefully as my job requires frequent travel.  The company representatives came as planned for an initial assessment and selection of products, cabinet measurements and cost estimate. The time estimates given for building  the products I had selected, were accurate and they contacted me to schedule the installations. Written work orders were detailed and accurate. Since I had all the lower cabinetry done, it took them two scheduled trips to complete the job.  I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the professional installation. The finished product was better than I expected - each cabinet was fitted with custom drawers that slide out easily - I had two drawers per cabinet installed - each drawer holds 100 lbs. weight and I certainly tested this as I have very heavy bowls,dinnerware, cookware, etc. and all are easily accessible and with minimal effort. <br /> <br /> Drawers under the sink are constructed to maximize use of space while accommodating the plumbing. The installation team was very professional and efficient, they cleaned the work area before leaving, at each installation, and did no peripheral damage during the entire process.  One cabinet that I was most pleased with is a stationery slotted, two-tier space in the cabinet above my wall mounted ovens that accommodates all my cookie sheets, flat, long cookware, griddles, etc. that makes it very easy to pull out and replace these types of pans.  I was so pleased with the overall results that I also had them do my bathroom cabinets. <br /> <br /> It was very helpful to have them use email as well as telephone communications during the process to keep me updated on any questions regarding the custom build, schedules, etc. It was a pleasure to work with this company!"
