"Robert came out and repaired our sprinkler system. I was not sure he would be able to, as the system was old and had not run in probably 10 years. Robert recognized the system immediately and was able to trouble shoot all the issues with the system. I was initially concerned what the final bill would be, as he charges an hourly rate. He had to leave briefly for a part, but did not count this into the time we were charged. He worked efficiently and was able to complete the entire job the same day. The project came in under budget. Robert communicated with us well throughout the project. This was particularly important because there were many issues that needed to be addressed and fixed. There were wiring issues with the system, the master board did not work, various components of the sprinkler heads were broken, and there was even a leak at part of the system. Robert systematically worked through each issue. We are very pleased with the entire experience! Robert took the time to show my husband how to program the new control panel and trouble shoot in the future.

The big deal that I purchased was for a check of my sprinkler system and that cost $49.00.  After checking my system, he recommended several repairs.  I had him come make the additional repairs.  He installed a controller for $185 and replaced 6 spry nozels for $72.  The work is guaranteed for 5 years.  Mike was professional and efficient ... and programmed my system for me as well.  He came back out at no charge to change the programming when I needed the sprinklers to come on at a time different than what he initially programmed.  The work was better and less expensive than other sprinkler repair people that I have had in the past. I was very satisfied with the work.

"I called Superior Irrigation after the reps from two other companies had attempted to find the malfunctioning control value and failed. Both suggested that extensive digging/excavation would be necessary to locate it. (System was installed by previous homeowner.) Additionally, the one provider who was willing to undertake this job couldn't schedule it for 3+ weeks. I called Superior Irrigation on the recommendation of a neighbor. Superior had me scheduled within a week and Fred Perez (the technician) had the problem located and repaired within 90 minutes after arriving. Turned out, it wasn't the control valve but rather a broken electrical wire. The cost was certainly less than I had been anticipating and Fred also located the control valve as well. I've used other irrigation services in the past but Superior Irrigation and Lawn will be my "go to" service in the future. As far as I'm concerned, an "A" rating isn't high enough."

"It went very good. The repair man had been to the house the prior week in his Sears Repair (A&E) role. I mentioned Choice Home Warranty. He asked me why I wasn't using it. I told him I had forgotten. So he left, knowing what the problem was. I submitted a claim to CHW that evening and before the day ended, CHW had set up to have A&E come out on Monday to fix it. Tech got here on time and once he got all the information on the stove, he went up to the warehouse to get the needed part. Returned quickly and replaced the relay, almost. The replacement part did not contain a new face plate, so after some text messages, he was authorized to get a new face plate. So off to the warehouse again. Again returned quickly and had the system back up and working. Ran his tests, everything was OK and we were able to use the oven for our dinner, unburnt like it had been doing. Thank you very much to all concerned. Seemed to be a well oiled machine."
