"The project was scheduled and executed within a reasonable time. I was contacted when the supplies came in and was immediately scheduled for the work to start. Work took 3 days total. Installers were courteous and professional. Work completed to my satisfaction and results were awesome. Installers were careful to maintain my floors clean and were meticulous in wrapping up their work and making sure my bathroom was cleaned. Communication with the field supervisor and sales representative was reliable and prompt. I highly recommend this company’s service. Only thing I wish had been more reasonable is the cost of the project but I guess I should’ve been more firm while bargaining on the price and finance rate."

"First, Marco is a fine young man. I  was impressed with the number of skills he could perfom. He took his time and ensured everything went as planned. I was concerned about the spaces at each end of the tub, against the walkin shower and the far wall. Marco built smalll walls and then match the tile. There are no spaces and it looks very pleasing.
Bill, the Boss came by frequently to check on the progress. Bill answered all questions and was very responive in getting back to me. He even called on the weekend just to see how we were feeling about the work. A nice bunch of people.

"The technician that was assigned to evaluate my roof gave me a call prior to heading out and ask what incentive did my insurance company had to offering for the discount. I was completely honest and told him that if my roof is rated for class 4 that the insurance company will give me $250 annual discount. He also ask what kind of roof did I have installed to which I replied standing seam metal roof. The technician was honest and gave me a run down of wether the discount was in best case scenario. In the long run. And I must say it’s refreshing to hear honest positive opinion from a company that didn’t have to give me all the info and run down. They could have just a charge me the fee to certify my roof but they wanted to make sure that I was getting the best case scenario for my situation. Thank you again for the honesty. I recommend this company they are honest and will not try to sell you anything that you honestly don’t need."

"Unbelievable transformation!. Looks like tub and tiles were freshly installed. I had a quote done to replace tiles by another company and it would have cost me 5 times for new tile work and this does not even include the tub. AStar charged me much much less for the refinishing of both tub and wall. Jesse and his son Chris were very professional all the way from qaulity of work, timeliness, explanation of job, cleanliness, protection of pro[erty, and communication. "From the beginning, Alejandro (manager) was very helpful and professional. He came by, promptly and on time, to provide an estimate and we got that within the day. We had gotten estimates from others, and given the good ratings on Angie's list and the reasonableness of the estimate, we decided to go with Alamo Stone Art. We visited his business to pick out the granite. The installation was delayed due to our having to do some repairs of the cabinets. The installation was a bit problematic since our cabinets are old and were not completely level. There was also an initial issues with the cutout for the sink not fitting. Thus, we had to have installers out a few times to make corrections. Throughout the process Alejandro was very helpful and assured us that all the issues would be addressed - which they were. It was very nice to have confidence that the job would be done in a professional manner, regardless of issues encountered during the process. I would definitely recommend this business highly if you are thinking of getting new countertops (granite, quartz, etc.)."
