Jake and his helper came back the next month to install a bathroom exhaust fan roof cap. This was part of the original quote and the handled it with no problem. After that, they went around the property again with magnets to pick up any stray nails. Both guys were friendly and professional. The roof looks great!"

"First I must note that David was the third and final contractor I talked to when I was venturing into this project, and I went with him bc of his great customer service, wide range of knowledge and quick response time. The other people didn’t even return my calls! He first came out last summer to give me a quote and was extremely thorough with all the information. He recommended I go with the aluminum handrails and I love them! I wouldn’t have thought to even ask for that. His suggestions were all very helpful. Last July is when the project for the actual deck was completed, and I was relieved and impressed his crew able to start the work so soon after my initial meeting with David. I was nervous what old rotting of wood they would find underneath the original deck, and there was just a little bit, but luckily, David’s crew fixed that by supporting some of the soft spots with new wood. I was thrilled they helped improve that and now I feel much better about it in general. The project took about 4ish days (understandably) and I was left with a beautiful new porch that I absolutely love. The staining took place about two months ago, and it looks great as well. David is also great about fixing some of the general little issues that occur later, like wood panels popping up. I would highly recommend David and his crew for your next home improvement project!"

He was careful to keep the area clean, did a fantastic job of cleaning out our chimney, and gave us many pointers on what type of wood to burn as well as how to operate the damper on the chimney (we were clueless, since we never had a chimney before). He also took the time to give us safety tips concerning how to avoid carbon monoxide poisoning."

"Jerry's came to my rescue again. They've done several repairs on my roof over the past 12 years. This one was needed after I noticed that the fascia was sagging out from the house for a length of about 4 feet which resulted in a trough to catching water against the roof. (This is a roof that was install by my builder, not by Jerry's.) My pest control company checked the area of the sagging fascia for pests and alerted me to the rotting wood situation. The pest company also checked up in the attic and told me that I had rotted OSB and rafters - so I called Jerry's. John from Jerry's came on 5/9/2012 and did the estimate followed by a two man crew coming out on Saturday, 5/12/2012 to do the repairs. They tore out the fascia, soffit and a portion of the roof about 10 feet long by 4 or 5 feet and fixed all the rotted area. It took them about 3 hours. They did a great job picking up the discarded shingles, rotted osb and wood and left my property clean. Although my shingles are 12 years old, you really need to look hard to see the area of the repair"

"They gave me a date to start the roof replacement and arrived by 8 am on the day promised. I have to say these are the hardest working men I have ever seen and they daily updated me on the progress and what was going to be done the next day. Many days they worked past the end of their working day to complete what they were working on to dry the roof in after that work day. They never left without cleaning up the property. Except for the dumpster, you would not even know they had been there that day. I would highly recommend them for any roofing job.
