He came out of his way to rebid the project as it had been over a year since we had discussed it as a possibility. He worked with my schedule even though he was extremely busy with his own work. "<p>I had gotten a few quotes from local contractors.  They were competitive on their pricing and were a fully professional (licensed, bonded) company with good Angie's List reviews.  </p> <p><br /></p> <p>They had about a 3 week back log but we felt the overall proposal was worth a wait.  They showed up on a Monday on schedule as planned. They spent most of the first day pressure cleaning.  We had the roof cleaned about 3 weeks prior which I would suggest so the house looks great when they are done.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>The painting crew was no nonsense professional.  They knew their craft and did that well.  But, I was thankful that nothing extra came along.  Rob stayed in touch throughout.  They were reasonable with requests and adjustments. I did ask them to quote doing the entry and patio concrete floors and again they provided a fair price and did a great job.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>The job looked fantastic when they were done. "While my roof repair was an ongoing and unrelated issue, Josh and his team at ARI/Dry-Me-Out could not have been better. Even in the midst of Hurricane Irma, he was always responsive and professional. I dealt with many service providers who wouldn't return emails or phone calls. Never the case with Josh. His team is full of courteous professionals. My tenants said the same thing when dealing with them in person. And finally, his prices are incredibly fair. He deserves to make a profit as anyone who provides a quality service does, but he takes great care of his customers. I give this team my highest possible recommendation."
