"This is a family owned business. After going through a very trying tome with our home warranty company and their manipulative AC company, it was a pleasure dealing with Jose Cardona, his father, brother, and crew. We have a townhouse with no side yard so the equipment had to go through our first floor. The AC that was replaced sits on a platform on the second story. The old and new equipment had to be mounted on a crane to be removed and installed. Other companies said they would “figure out” how to do this type of install. But Jose told me he had experience with using cranes for this type of job. He returned the night before the install to check his measurements. He and his crew arrived on time, they got to work immediately, putting down protective covering on the hard wood floor, and finished the install mid afternoon with no hitches and no wasted time. Jose had showed me the unit he recommended, was attentive to our desire not to break the bank, explained the pros and cons of different condensers and air handlers, and was flexible when negotiating the final cost. Our new system is working well. Affordable Air offered 10 year parts and labor and will return once a year for $50 to check the system. I was thrilled to have found them!"

"Outstanding company! The owners are mechanical engineers and were able to figure out why a unit previously installed by another contractor caused mold in my ductwork. They completed a Manual J calculation report that indicated the unit was too large, and they replaced the unit. Previously, this contractor identified that the static pressure on both of my HVAC units was too high and appropriate adjustments were made. All employees are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and extremely helpful. Hands down, this is the best HVAC contractor I have ever worked with."
