"BEWARE, if you are interested in a huge job!! Fernandez Landscape contractors made a huge error in the maintenance/restoration of pavers in my courtyard!! Per their terms, I paid them IN FULL for their service. They acknowledged their mistake and promised to fix it. Initially, they made attempts to send random workers with inadequate equipment as they made a mess of my property and even damaged some nearby varnished wood work. Eventually, they STOPPED SHOWING UP altogether after several no-shows to complete the remediation. As a result, I had to spend more than 3 times as much just to get another company to come and clean up the mess and fix the mistake. Perhaps its safer to limit such contractors to just cutting grass and avoid the big jobs......"

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
