"Shawn was quick to respond and flexible with setting a time to come out and look at the project. He provided a quote quickly after his visit and worked with me to set a date for the work. On the day of work he was timely polite courtious and did a great job with the work. When an unforseen obsticle arose Shaen found a way to overcome and provided a great solution without additional time or financial cost. "Furnace went out and the following day I called Same Day and they were out that afternoon to inspect furnace and to assist in purchasing a new one. Brandon, the HVAC technician, actually crawled up in our furnace (it's an old one from the 60's) to verify what the issues were. He was covered in dust; still positive and professional. We scheduled the furnace install for the next available day, which was a Monday; however, received a call later the same evening saying they could install the next morning!! They even offered space heaters to keep us warm.
The install went smoothly. They took everything out, cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess.
