I called Jason at Tri County for an estimate, he was very prompt to call back and set an appointment to see the job and give me an estimate. We hired him to do the job, he told us when he would be here and estimated time to do the job and he did what he said he would do. We had a couple days of weather delays and he always called to let us know and re-schedule. Jason is the only contractor that communicated and did what he said he would do and when. His crew did an excellent job, if you every have need to repair stucco I would highly recommend Tri County."

We had extensive wood rot damage around most of the windows in our house. JD and his crew were very detailed and careful as they removed the old windows, repaired the wood rot, and installed the new windows. The locations that were leaking before the window installation are leaking no more. Wood Rot Solutions also repaired rot on the exterior of our house, including trim and siding. Everything was caulked well and it was easy for the painters once they arrive. (Note: painting was not part of Wood Rot Solutions scope.) JD and his crew were very professional. Phil is a winner! After we selected him to do a deck cleaning and restoration project, he met with us to see first-hand what was needed and explained the options clearly in a way that was easy to understand. With the details confirmed, he worked with us on dates, weather contingencies, and projected a completion date. As the work began, Phil noticed that many boards needed to be re-nailed, and worked around that area, taking care of that after I zipped to the hardware store and got the ones he specified. After he finished the work and the deck had time to completely dry, it looked fabulous--almost like new! Phil's workmanship is outstanding, as is his communication and friendly attitude.

 Shortly after this work was done, we hired Phil to replace a 4x4 ceiling in a sort of pantry/closet off the kitchen. Again, Phil's expertise in drywall repair and painting resulted in a great-looking ceiling that exceeded our expectations.

"John came out and price it up (the second time in two years).  When I asked about a time frame to do the work he was several weeks out which was fine by me.  Paid my 50% deposit.  A week or so later he said he had an opening and they were over ripping everything out and got all the demo done, the patio formed and re-bar installed.  This was a Friday.  Saturday they were back and poured the concrete, did all the stamping, and staining, expansion joints, and put in the border.  Sunday they were back to pressure wash and seal it all and were done. 
I had gotten 3 prices and he was the lowest by a couple of grand.  He had good references and reviews on Angie's list so I went with him.
I needed him to come out about 6 months later to fix a chip (caused by me) and he did at no charge.  We are very happy with it.  A hot tub sits on one end and I've not seen any cracks
