"This was the second time I have called this company.   Very friendly, courteous and ethical.    I was trying to find a washer to purchase to replace mine as I thought it would be too expensive to repair.   The service person told me there was a good chance it was just the pump on this particular model that was a problem.     He had to take off the top, front and some other areas to get to the bottom of the machine where the filter was located.  (alot of extra steps)   He showed me the debris and backup issue.  He said I didn't need a pump, just a filter cleaning.   Once he cleaned it, it worked like new.   many people had told me since the machine was 10 years old it was time to purchase a new one.  He was fair and honest about the fix, didn't sell me additional parts, and told me that  I probably could get a few years more out of it. Wow, what a great savings of 600-800 dollars.      <br /> The first time I called him was about my dryer element.  He offered to just sell me the part or to come and install.  of course, I had him install.   He was very reasonable and it was another repair, part and installation under $100.00.   <br /> This is a very honest company and would recommend them to everyone for repairs. <br />"
