"LG frig ice maker not working. Excellent customer service experience from start to finish so far. Was able to get a service appt pretty quickly considering holiday time frame. Got a confirmation call night before appt. Richard was on time, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Turns out I need a new fan which has to be ordered but Richard found a local supplier with one in stock. Have followup call scheduled to install to get us back up and running.
