"Tom and his team helped me with a deck installation. His team were highly skilled and professional on this project. I also appreciated their candor Tom only quoted for labor and helped me to procure the material required for the deck install. He even transported some of the material from the lumber yard to my house at no cost (As we needed more material). As the old deck was rotting and we needed to change much more lumber than was anticipated Tom did not charge me anything extra for his efforts. They went above and beyond my expectation on this project. Tom also kept me and my wife informed about the schedule on this project. It was completed on time and within budget. "We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms. "The guys from 4-Ever Water-Tite were great! Prior to contracting 4-Ever Water-Tite, I had problems with water and excess moisture in my basement. My basement walls were also pushing in laterally. They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. I am happy to report that it has now been a full year since 4-Ever Water-Tite worked on waterproofing my basement and it has remained dry. I highly recommend this company."

When the old cabinets were taking out they discovered a leak years ago that was fixed by someone else but not correctly and had created a lot of mold and mildew. Tom and his crew being the professionals that they are, made sure all mold was removed, and everything was done correctly and safely. "The paint job was excellent but it was all of the extras that prompted me to right this. We had some rust on the side entry door and they cleaned it up and put on a kick plate, there were corners of the gutters that had been leaking forever and they fixed them, part of the gutter were damaged due to a storm and they fixed that too. They replaced trim boards that were rotting and they did some wood filler around some window trim that was starting to rot. After the job was complete and payment was made, I noticed there were some paint spots all over the concrete patio in the backyard. They came back and power-washed it but when that didn't work, they came back with wire brushes that were about the size of tooth brushes and cleaned every spot by hand. The crew was friendly, professional, clean and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them and I would hire them again."
