"My husband and I purchased our craftsman home about six months ago, and while we absolutely love its character, we knew that meant taking on a few repairs along the way (ew). From the very beginning, the experience was fantastic. Andrew, our technician, was truly exceptional. During the estimate process, he was knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly informative. He walked us through everything we could expect during the job from noise and dust to the possibility of additional repairs like drywall or tile so there were no surprises. That level of transparency was so appreciated for two first time home owners! Scheduling was quick and seamless. And the results? Absolutely immaculate. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, and I couldn?t be more pleased, even if the dogs weren't thrilled at the sounds (lol)! "It went great. I visited my granddaughter on Sunday and it was so hot in her house and she is 9 months pregnant. She was so miserable in the heat. I came home and during the night a bad storm woke me so I thought I would check Angie’s List for a serviceman to repair he AC. It was 1:30 AM or so and I sent a message through Angie’s List thinking Grand Blanc Electrical would contact me in the morning. To my surprise I got a reply just a few minutes after I sent the message. Steve gave me the rate for a service call and an assessment of the problem. I replied and asked that he contact me in the morning. Steve called and said he could be at her home in about 30 minutes. He asked if I wanted him to just go ahead and fix it if it was a problem under 200.00 and I said yes please. About an hour later I received a call from Steve telling that the work was completed. May granddaughter was elated. He installed a new capacitor and cleaned the unit. I can’t believe how luck I was to have found someone that was willing to go out so quickly and resolve the issue. It’s so rare to receive same day service these days. He said I could just mail a check but I was so happy with such excellent service I drove over to his business and paid him immediately. I will use this company from now on for any future needs and would highly recommend him."
