The repairman showed without any knowledge of the repair...which is odd since I specifically told the person on the phone when scheduling, what was wrong and what I expected to be the solution. So my repairman had to leave to get the valve to replace (which I had expected to be something they would have brought with them). Took twice as long due to the non-communication between dispatch and repairman. Repairman was great. Repair is great. Paid the hourly rate, plus $9 bucks for the part."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
