"Quick to measure for replacement glass on my window & gave a great quote. He said he would order & be able to schedule install in 3-5 days. 13 days w/ not one form of communication I left a message. They called the day after I left the message. No mention of my call to them - they just said that it took longer to get the product. I suggested they communicate better w/ the customer. Install was quick and well done although they were 1 hr 10 min late for the scheduled appt. Because of the confusion with scheduling he deducted $9 off the final bill. Overall: great price, skilled work but very poor customer service and communication."

"Metro glass did a nice and quick job fixing the balance of our windows so the windows would lock properly. However scheduling was difficult and I had to contact Metro when appointments were late or no shows. Happy with the work however slightly irritated with the scheduling/ rescheduling process"
