They called the day after I left the message. No mention of my call to them - they just said that it took longer to get the product. I suggested they communicate better w/ the customer. Install was quick and well done although they were 1 hr 10 min late for the scheduled appt. Because of the confusion with scheduling he deducted $9 off the final bill. Overall: great price, skilled work but very poor customer service and communication."
