Following a brief conversation this afternoon, he drove from the West side of Denver all the way over to my home, which is just off of E470 and Jewell, to provide me with peace of mind. He conducted the inspection and advised me that he agreed with the majority of the proposal the buyers had obtained, however turned down my offer for the work, stating that he preferred that I go with the buyers roofer, which should keep them happy and ensure I have a successful close on the house.
