"My husband scheduled to receive an estimate from Wayne. Our condo was vacant with a lockbox on the door so we could be very accommodating with the time. Several days after the scheduled estimate, my husband called to follow-up. He found out that Wayne had lost his contact information and did not go out. He rescheduled the estimate. Several days later, he called Wayne again, to follow-up. He said he would send the estimate in the next couple days. He did not. My husband called again and Wayne said he would send the estimate by the weekend. We received it... on Sunday. The estimate had the wrong property address on it, and the wrong number of windows listed. My husband emailed to inquire about these things. Wayne said they were clerical errors and the price would still be the same for all four windows. As someone else mentioned, Wayne seems like a very nice man. We also love that this is a small, local business. However, the lack of communication and organization makes us uncomfortable with moving forward with a $5,000+ project. We will not be hiring Ross Windows and Doors."
