"Jason replaced the temperature probe on 05/27/25 to correct the F3 error code in the oven display. Tested the oven for 10 minutes or so and it appeared that the problem was fixed. Paid him $303.24 for parts and labor. My wife used the oven a couple of weeks later and the error code reappeared after 30 minutes or so. Contacted Jason and he came back on 4/17/25 and replaced the probe again. My wife used the oven 04/18/25 and the F3 error code appeared again after 30 minutes or so. (The oven shuts down when the F3 error codes appears and is not usable.) Contacted Jason and Affordable Appliance Repair 7 times via chat, text and phone call and they are not responding."

"So far, so good. The one thing that stuck out with this company is the customer service. Their scheduler and the owner of the company were very open to communication. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the service person didn't come until well after our scheduled time of 9am to 11am. He didn't arrive until 12pm. He had come the day before to perform diagnostics on the washer, he did say he wasn't used to the top loader Maytags, so he did call his boss to help troubleshoot. Anyway, when he came back the second day, (although late) he got the job done! My Dad told him, he did a "Fantastic Job". I'm happy with everything and would use them again."
