Also, Wen, the lead carpenter is awesome. He was the main guy on the job most days. He is very good at his job and communication was always on point. The only issue I had during the entire process was when my shower tiles were installed very unevenly by one of their sub-contractors, but after expressing my concerns, James came out the next morning to make sure everything was resolved and that I was satisfied. I was always kept in the loop with what was going on. Payment was straightforward, pay-as-you-go, which made me feel very comfortable. I didn't get a chance to compare pricing with other contractors, but I believe you get what you pay for. For the convenience, the experience, and the timely quality results --- I'd say working with James was worth his bid regardless."
